Where is Safe Storage located?
Safe Storage has two conveniently located storage facilities in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Find us at 1507 West Church Street, Carlsbad, NM 88220 and at 1619 West Mermod, Carlsbad, NM 88220.
What are the access hours?
Each of our tenants have access to their storage units 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
How do I get inside of the facility during access hours?
Once you sign a lease, you’ll be given a code to get inside of the facility. Enter the code into the keypad whenever you need to visit.
What types of leases are offered?
We offer simple month to month leases so that our tenants are able to store with us short or long-term.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes we do. We have outdoor parking spaces for trailers, boats, RVs, and other vehicles.
What documentation is needed to rent a space?
Please be sure to bring a valid form of identification such as a driver’s license, passport, military ID, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
We ask that you never store anything flammable, hazardous, weapons, illegal drugs, perishables, live animals or plants. Contact your facility if you have additional questions.
How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Call your facility to speak with a manager. If you have a list of what you plan to store it’ll be much easier to figure out the best unit size to meet your needs.
How do I rent a space?
Feel free to stop by the facility to rent a space with a manager. You can easily rent a space online right here on our website. Get moved in as soon as possible as long as we have available space.
